Developed quality-control program for assembly line and check sheets for mechanical and body/paint inspections to improve quality standards. Established and managed Warranty, Service, and Tuning department in January 2007 to handle excessive warranty issues with existing vehicles, develop and sell upgrades, and market services to local custom vehicle clients. Worked closely with Research and Development Department and product vendors to develop upgrades to correct production issues discovered on warranty vehicles to improve future vehicle quality.
