Founded Revved Automotive Concepts to service and build custom American muscle cars. Manage all aspects of business development, customer relations, sales, parts purchase and distribution, vendor relations, develop marketing strategies to expand name recognition. Developed written business plan and worked with potential investors to obtain funding for business expansion. Consult on custom vehicle related issues for clients worldwide. Specialized in serving the needs of former Unique Performance clients and their vehicles. Established RAC as the definitive source for infomation regarding these Shelby-Licensed vehicles. Relocated business from original 1500 sq. ft. shop to 6000 sq. ft. facility to expand production. Expanded the in-house services to include full-metal fabrication, metal shaping/coach building, machining, and CNC plasma for increased production and quality control. Hired to create a new position of Customer Service and Quality Assurance Manager for low-volume manufacturer of high-end custom American muscle cars. Direct contact for post-sale technical support and customer service for existing vehicle owners and repair facilities. Developed excel-based warrant cost tracking system, and system of documentation for repair issue history. Developed quality-control program for assembly line and check sheets for mechanical and body/paint inspections to improve quality standards. Established and managed Warranty, Service, and Tuning department in January 2007 to handle excessive warranty issues with existing vehicles, develop and sell upgrades, and market services to local custom vehicle clients. Worked closely with Research and Development Department and product vendors to develop upgrades to correct production issues discovered on warranty vehicles to improve future vehicle quality. Functioned as technical liaison for members of the press interviewing employer for media coverage including review and rewriting of magazine articles and participating in photo shoots.
